A.J. Bahou is a registered patent attorney who practices in the area of intellectual property law, including litigation management of patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. He has extensive experience in all aspects of patent infringement litigation, from pre-complaint investigation through trial and appeal. Mr. Bahou has worked on cases involving varying technologies such as medical devices, computer hardware, software, and Internet security systems. He has represented clients in electronic discovery disputes, motion practice, claim construction ("Markman") hearings, PTAB trials, federal court trials and several appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Mr. Bahou is currently President of the Tennessee Intellectual Property Law Association and is a Board Member on LaunchTN. He earned a B.S. in Engineering from Tennessee Tech, an M.S. with honors in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, a J.D. and LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from the University of New Hampshire.

Curtis is an experienced sales professional and subject matter expert in Data Loss Prevention, Information Protection, and Data Security. Curtis has over 16 years of IT industry experience, which includes over 6 years and an extensive background with data loss prevention in multiple roles throughout the entire sales process including pre-sales, enablement, product management, and post sales implementation.
Jon Damratoski, DLP Architect

As a DLP Subject Matter Expert, Jon Damratoski brings 11 years of experience in the security field with the last 6 years exclusively focused in Data Loss Prevention. In 2013 he founded Black Diamond Technology to focus on independent DLP work and is currently working with a Fortune 20 healthcare organization on a DLP and Data Insight program.
Before starting Black Diamond, he was a Technical Program Manager at BEW Global focusing on multiple customer DLP programs. Jon brings a lot of knowledge around practical application of DLP technology to everyday business processes to help prevent data loss.
Nathan Kennedy, President
(ISC)2 Middle Tennessee Chapter
Nathan is responsible for implementing Identity Management including privileged account management, federated sign-on, and multi-factor authentication for a Fortune 500 company. Nathan manages the team responsible for Data Loss Prevention and Security Source Code Review. He reviews and approves all new solutions as they relate to information security.
